Pre-emptive text control on the POS

Standard Option in TE to remove rating and stars.

Have an option to remove the ratings/and stars in the Tasting Experience. We simply don't see the value in it for our client base. Furthermore having a page of unrated wines detracts from the interface and just adds clutter.
