We often have customers who have a shipment, request to come in to collect their wine after we have processed the payment. The only way we can prevent a label and manifest being created (which is not easy to delete with AustPost) is to refund the order and re-process it. For those orders who had free shipping there is no reason to refund the order so it would be good if we had the option to change the order to from a shipment to a pick up after payment has been made.
