To be able to run a report for members who cancelled membership ( with all their details).
Hi James, this is a very good suggestion, indeed. Can I please ask a few additional details? For instance if Troly was going to tell you, here are the memberships which were cancelled this week or this month, what would you do with the information? Would you call the members, send them a survey, send them a special code to get them back, or simply report of this in a different system?Let me know your thoughts.-Alex
