Separate email notification/templates for new orders/shipment

Winery would like to have a more personalized email templates for club runs. So they need not to edit it everytime. I.e. Announce what is in the pack, provide information about when the packs will be processed and sent/ready for collection, etc.

    Hi Victor,

    My request wasn’t about customising the email as such. It was more about having an email template for new “bulk” orders/shipments (for when I do a club run) versus just ad hoc orders/shipments for members in between club runs.

    We have some fairly specific wording that I use for the club packs (like when their cards will be charged, when they will be packed, etc) which is not appropriate for regular non-club run orders/shipments. It’s just a bit annoying having to change it back and forth all the time.
